By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms and conditions. Payment is processed securely through our partner Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
We currently ship within Canada. Orders are dispatched from Montreal within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times then vary depending on the destination and carrier, typically between 2 and 5 business days. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
Beaudemia offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, effective July 23, 2026. Window: you have 30 days from the receipt of your order (delivery date if known, otherwise order date plus 7 days) to request a refund. Coverage: the jar may be opened or not; we refund the full amount paid, to the original payment method. How: a simple email to our contact address is enough, no product return required. Limit: one request per customer (identified by email or shipping address), applying to the first jar ordered; an order of multiple jars is covered for one jar only. Processing: the refund is issued within 5 business days of receiving your email. For a defective product or an error on our part, contact us: we will replace or fully refund your order.

In the event of an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Beaudemia cannot be held responsible for use that does not comply with the instructions on the packaging.
